Returning And Exchanging An Online Order

We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting our website, so we defined a quick and easy return policy.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased online within 30 days from delivery and receive your refund. The refund will be performed against the original form of payment.

For orders paid by cash, the refund will be made to a bank account. You would need to provide us with your bank details at the time of requesting the refund.

The items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel, and must be shipped from the same Country where you received them to avoid extra handling expenses.

Items purchased from Longchamp stores cannot be returned online.

We do not charge for returns

Returns can be initiated through customer service by raising a request or by telephone.
Customers should quote the order number, item code & quantity of items returned.
You can also return any items to one of our shops for a refund within the 28-day window.

Once we receive your parcel, it will be processed within 14 working days (during busy periods this may vary)

Please allow an additional 2-5 days for the credit to post to your account, as each bank's processing times varies.

Please note that we do not have any control over this part of the process. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility
for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
